Japanese speaking RM Support Officer
The Skills You'll Need: Japanese, corporate banking, financial statement analysis, loans, deposits, client-facing skills.
Your New Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Discretionary Bonus

What You'll be Doing:
- Support Relationship Managers in servicing Japanese corporate clients.
- Prepare financial analyses, company research, credit reviews, and business proposals.
- Assist with loans, deposits, FX transactions, and fund transfers.
- Attend client meetings with senior RMs and support relationship development.
- Provide loan and deposit rate quotations to corporate clients.
- Monitor loan/deposit maturities and coordinate funding requirements internally.
- Maintain customer and transaction data, management information, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate finance preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Knowledge of corporate banking products, deposits, loans, FX, and interest rates.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a regulated banking environment.
