Sales Account Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and customer\-focused Customer Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines customer service, order processing, and hands\-on warehouse duties to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via telephone and email


• Accurately raise invoices and delivery notes for all orders


• Generate courier labels using DPD shipping systems


• Pick and pack customer orders, ensuring accuracy and care


• Prepare shipments by labelling cartons and placing them in the designated collection area


• Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability


• Handle customer queries related to machine service and breakdowns, directing issues where necessary


• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times


• Ensure all administrative and order records are kept up to date

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Confident telephone manner and professional email communication skills


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment


• Basic IT skills (order processing systems, email, and courier platforms)


• A proactive and team\-oriented approach

• Experience with courier systems (e.g. DPD)


• Knowledge of invoicing and order fulfilment processes


• Experience handling technical or service\-related customer queries
