What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, no two days are the same. You’ll learn how to:

• Build relationships with Life Sciences companies and professionals


• Speak with candidates and clients over the phone and on LinkedIn


• Manage interview processes and job offers


• Advertise live vacancies and source talent


• Learn sales, negotiation, and business development skills


• Become an expert in a specialist market


• Work towards targets and earn commission on placements you make
