Working within schools as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or Behaviour Support Mentor, you'll gain invaluable hands\-on experience, develop essential classroom skills, and build the confidence needed to progress into teacher training or a long\-term career in education.

• Supporting students in lessons and helping them engage positively with their learning.


• Assisting teachers with classroom activities, resources, and lesson delivery.


• Delivering pre\-planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor when required.


• Providing encouragement and guidance to help students achieve their potential.


• Supporting students with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs.


• Building positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.


• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.


• Developing your understanding of classroom practice, behaviour management, and effective teaching strategies.

• Valuable experience working within secondary schools.


• Exposure to a variety of school environments and educational settings.


• Ongoing support and guidance from experienced education consultants.
