Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organised Road Freight Transport Coordinator to join our growing transport business based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will support daily freight operations, coordinate deliveries, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure smooth transport activities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate road freight and delivery schedules

  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and suppliers

  • Track deliveries and resolve transport issues

  • Maintain transport and shipment records

  • Ensure compliance with UK transport regulations

  • Support day\-to\-day logistics operations

  • Handle customer service inquiries professionally

Requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or dispatch preferred

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Good computer and administration skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of UK road freight operations is an advantage

  • Right to work in the UK
