We’re now looking for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly, professional team and help us continue to provide outstanding care that meets the highest standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Your Role
As a Registered Nurse at Rusthall Lodge, you’ll play a key role in supporting residents’ health and wellbeing. You’ll lead by example, ensuring that the care provided is of the highest standard and that every resident is treated as an individual.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, person\-centred nursing care in line with Rusthall Lodge policies and professional standards.
- Develop, implement and regularly update residents’ individualised care plans and risk assessments.
- Act as a Named Nurse for allocated residents, working closely with them and their families to provide holistic, compassionate care.
- Administer and manage medication safely and accurately.
- Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, and community teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain clear, accurate records and documentation.
- Supervise and support care staff to deliver safe, effective care throughout each shift.
- Carry out staff supervisions, appraisals, and inductions, promoting teamwork and development.
- Follow all reporting procedures for incidents, accidents, or changes in residents’ condition.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, health and safety, and all Rusthall Lodge policies.
