Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organisational goals.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new contracts and partnerships.

  • Utilise Salesforce and CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and analyse sales data for informed decision\-making.

  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients and internal management.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote organisational offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry sector.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software tools for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • A proactive approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Relevant qualifications in business management or related fields are desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact within a forward\-thinking organisation committed to growth and excellence.
Pay: £50,000\.00\-£70,000\.00 per year
