Starting Salary £14\.5 per hour plus share of weekly tips.

We are currently looking to recruit for a Restaurant supervisor to join our friendly professional team in our busy award\-winning restaurant in Bidborough just outside Royal Tunbridge Wells.

We are looking for talented people who are passionate about food service and the industry. In return for your service we can offer great rates of pay and a generous percentage of the gratuities. you will be responsible for:

Managing and driving your team to deliver exceptional results from arrival to departure

Demonstrate your strong people management and leadership skills to ensure the guest journey is second to none.

You will become part of the duty management team which will include responding to guest queries and complaints.

Making sure the bar and restaurant are properly staffed and performing in line with company expectation.

Dealing with daily reservations, large bookings and managing various events and functions.

Job Type: Full\-time

Starting Salary £22,500 per annum plus share of the tips

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: From £14\.50 per hour
