Revenue Manager

Moran Hospitality is currently recruiting an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team, based on\-site at our Head Office in Dublin 22\.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a family\-owned Irish hospitality group at a time of continued growth and development.
Our hospitality portfolio includes Wren Urban Nest in Dublin 2, The Savoy and The George in Limerick, and the Red Cow Moran Hotel, with further hospitality developments planned.
The role will have a particular focus on the revenue strategy and day\-to\-day performance of Wren Urban Nest, while also supporting wider revenue initiatives across the Group.
The Role
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue and distribution strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall commercial performance.
Working closely with hotel management, Sales, Reservations and senior management, you will use market insight, forecasting and performance analysis to optimise pricing, inventory and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day\-to\-day revenue strategy for Wren Urban Nest, including pricing, yielding and inventory optimisation.
- Conduct daily pick\-up, pace and demand analysis and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and changes in demand.
- Develop and maintain a 24–36 month rolling demand calendar.
- Prepare weekly forecasts and analyse performance against budget and previous periods.
- Manage and optimise third\-party distribution channels and OTAs.
- Monitor rate parity, availability and inventory across all channels.
- Analyse key market segments including direct, corporate, FIT, groups, extended\-stay and apartment business.
- Review monthly revenue performance and provide commercial recommendations to management.
- Ensure revenue, distribution and reservation systems are correctly configured and optimised.
- Work closely with Sales and Reservations to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Review direct booking performance and identify opportunities to improve channel mix and reduce distribution costs.
- Maintain accurate segmentation, booking and revenue data.
- Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Support revenue planning for new inventory, property expansions and future developments across the Group.
- Promote a strong commercial and revenue\-focused approach across the business.
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and proactive, with strong hotel revenue management experience.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ hotel revenue management experience, ideally within the Dublin market.
- Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud.
- Experience in hotel pricing, forecasting, yielding and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of OTAs and hotel distribution channels.
- Experience analysing hotel performance and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to prepare and present clear revenue and performance reports.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while collaborating with operational and commercial teams.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
