We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative sales consultant to join our retail team. The role would be based at both our Nottingham \& Derby city centre branches.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to effectively sell our UK \& European coach holidays. The role includes liaising with our customers both face to face and on the telephone, maximising sales whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

· Selling our own UK \& European coach holidays and day trips

· Utilise internal systems to make and process customer bookings

· Becoming a Skills expert on our product offering, being able to advise customers accordingly and provide a high level of customer service both face to face and on the telephone

· Liaise with suppliers

· Maintaining customer records

· Promoting the branch and business in a correct manner

· Keeping the branch point of sale up to date in line with company direction

· Contribute to the effective running of the holidays department

· Excellent customer service both face to face and on the telephone

· Cash handling

· Follow all company policies

· Must be able to commute to and work in both Derby \& Nottingham

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Computer literate – with experience of word, excel and outlook

Proven sales history (ideally within the travel industry)

High attention to detail

Ability to multi\-task and work efficiently to tight deadlines

Polite \& Well presented

Hardworking

Excellent organisational skills

Full UK driver’s licence

Salary and benefits

£12\.71 per hour

3 days a week (Mon, Wed, plus one other \- to be flexible as the business needs) \+ 2 Saturdays a month

Permanent position (part\-time)
