Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service


• Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling team members


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service


• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations


• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction


• Implement policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency and service quality


• Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality experiences and fostering a positive work environment

Skills

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Strong team management and leadership abilities


• Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards


• Familiarity with culinary processes, food production, and kitchen operations


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment


• Good communication skills to liaise with staff and guests professionally


• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices


• Ability to motivate staff, supervise performance, and maintain high service standards


• Experience in managing barista services or bar operations is advantageous but not essential

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
