Senior Care Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing high\-quality care for elderly residents in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties
\- Supervise and support care staff in delivering exceptional care to residents
\- Assist in creating and implementing individual care plans
\- Drive the delivery of person\-centred care services
\- Use IT systems effectively to maintain accurate resident records
\- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
\- Previous experience in a senior care role is essential, must have a Diploma Level 2 and willing to work toward a Level 3
\- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
\- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues
\- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
\- A compassionate and caring nature towards elderly residents
Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time
Pay: £14\.12\-£14\.37 per hour
