As a People Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders at all levels, providing expert coaching, challenge and advice on a wide range of people matters. You’ll bring professional insight and judgement in the areas of organisational development and change, employee relations, performance, recruitment, talent development and wellbeing to help leaders create positive, inclusive and high‑performing environments.
You’ll be aligned to a School/Faculty or Professional Services area, becoming a trusted partner who understands local challenges and opportunities. You’ll use data, insight and strong stakeholder relationships to shape tailored people strategies and action plans, while also contributing to institution‑wide initiatives.
You’ll also play a key role in early‑stage employee relations, providing coaching and guidance to managers to resolve issues informally wherever possible, and working closely with the Case Management team to ensure a seamless, consistent service.
This is a varied and influential role, offering the opportunity to shape culture, build capability and support meaningful change. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the People Team to deliver a cohesive, high‑quality service.
About You
This position would suit an experienced, confident and solutions‑focused HR professional with strong stakeholder skills and the ability to operate effectively in complex, sensitive and fast‑moving environments.
You’ll bring excellent communication, strong organisational skills, sound employment law knowledge and the ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly.

This role lies within the People Partnering team who are supported by the People Operations team and Centres of Excellence including Employee Relations, Talent and Development and Reward.
You’ll join a growing team of dedicated professionals who are constantly looking to improve and provide the best service possible to their stakeholders.
