20–25 hours per week

Buck’s Bar Hanover Street is looking for a confident, energetic and experienced Part\-Time Supervisor to join our team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a natural leader who thrives in a busy restaurant environment and wants to progress into a more senior management role within the Buck’s Bar Group.

The Role

Working alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will:

• Lead the bar and restaurant team during service


• Open and close the venue


• Complete cash\-ups and close\-down procedures


• Support stock control and ordering


• Carry out beer\-line cleaning


• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation


• Manage daily cleaning schedules and checklists


• Train and develop new and existing team members


• Handle customer queries professionally


• Oversee the venue in the absence of the GM or AGM

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in a busy bar or restaurant


• A confident, hands\-on leadership style


• Strong organisation and communication skills


• Excellent customer\-service standards


• Bar and beverage\-service experience


• Good knowledge of food safety and licensing requirements


• A reliable, flexible and positive team player
