Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality and presentation


• Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and support to enhance performance and teamwork


• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards


• Manage guest interactions by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring an outstanding customer experience


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimal food production efficiency


• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and maintain proper stock levels for all food and beverage items


• Enforce health and safety policies rigorously, including proper handling of food and beverages, bartending procedures, and barista practices

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality environments


• Strong background in food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation methods


• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast\-paced setting


• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance at all times


• Experience in serving customers professionally while maintaining a positive attitude


• Familiarity with bartending, barista techniques, and beverage service operations is a plus


• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
