JOB TITLE: Food and Beverage Supervisor

REPORTING TO: Food and Beverage Operations Manager

HOURS: 40 per week on a shift basis

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Waverley Abbey House. Key Tasks…

\> Report and be accountable to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager

\> Lead and manage the Food and Bev team when the Food and Bev Operations Manager is not present

\> Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service

\> Provide line management to members of the team

\> Keep up to date with business knowledge and awareness of the organisation’s strategic goals in collaboration with the Ops Manager

\> Maintain standards of excellence, within customer service, etiquette and knowledge

\> Be familiar with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry and have the ability to maintain the highest standards of Food Safety and diligence

\> Assist the F\&B Operations Manager in inventory management and cost control

\> Participation in all training, development and appraisal programmes

\> Assist the F\&B Operations Manager with administrative tasks

\> Lead by example by encouraging positivity and team work on the Food and Bev team

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £28,575\.00 per year
