Responsibilities

Restaurant Duty manager will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards are met, manage staff and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Manage inventory


• Develop staff training


• Enhance guest experiences through attentive service


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure culinary standards are maintained


• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers

• Qualifications

Mandatory skills include restaurant experience, culinary expertise, leadership qualities, and knowledge of food safety standards.
