Under the direction of the Team Leader (Hostels and Supported Accommodation), provide a housing support service to residents within Viewfield Gate, Secession House, Elba Gardens and other homeless temporary accommodation.

The work pattern is an 8\-week rolling rota as follows:
- Day shift is 7\.30am – 7\.30pm
- Night shift is 7\.30pm \- 7\.30am
- 12 hour shifts with 1\.5 hours unpaid break.
- Shift pattern is 2 dayshifts, 2 night shifts, 4 days off
