Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant during shifts.


• Lead, motivate, and support front\-of\-house team members.


• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.


• Assist with staff training and onboarding.


• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health \& safety standards are maintained.


• Manage opening and closing procedures.


• Monitor stock levels and report ordering requirements.


• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.


• Handle cash, card transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.


• Support the owners in achieving sales and service targets.

• Experience in a similar role


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong organisational skills


• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service


• Excellent knowledge, enthusiasm and understanding of food, beverages, cocktails and wine is essential.


• Bar tending experience preferrable


• Hands on approach


• Very good attention to detail


• Good team work; able to work collaboratively, motivate and lead a team

• We offer a work\-life balance – we're open 7 days a week and have a variety of shift patterns available. Shifts will mainly be Thursday to Sunday from 12pm
