We are currently seeking a full\-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Lounge Restaurant.

What you’ll do: As a key player in our dynamic restaurant team, you’ll support the day\-to\-day running of The Lounge, ensuring our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Management Team, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service that our guests expect and love.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant


• Support and mentor the team, including training new staff and maintaining high service standards


• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and attention to detail


• Work closely with the management team to meet operational goals and maintain consistency in service quality


• Help manage the restaurant service to ensure a premium dining experience

What we’re looking for: You’ll have experience in a busy, premium restaurant environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, hardworking, and ready to take on new challenges.

Typical working pattern: Shifts are varied and you'll be expected to typically work five days per week including most weekends. Common shifts are 7am\-3pm and 3pm\-10pm but vary by business need as well as contractual hours.

Pay: £26,500\.00\-£31,600\.00 per year
