We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high\-quality food preparation.


• Implement and maintain food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.


• Oversee the culinary team in food production, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.


• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.


• Provide leadership and training to staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.


• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.


• Collaborate with bartending staff to ensure beverage offerings complement the menu.


• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.


• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.


• Culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
