360 Recruiter – Care Staffing

About Us:
BenAstro Group is a leading care staffing and recruitment consultancy. We specialise in placing fully trained, qualified, and DBS\-checked care staff in care homes, healthcare facilities, and domiciliary care services across the UK.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated 360 Recruiter to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process for care staffing roles. You will source, screen, and place candidates, while managing relationships with care providers to ensure their staffing needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placing care staff.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with care homes and healthcare providers.


• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM systems.


• Ensure all candidates are compliant with DBS checks, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.


• Achieve weekly and monthly placement and recruitment targets.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in care staffing recruitment or 360 recruitment.


• Strong knowledge of the UK care sector.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet targets.


• Professional, presentable, and client\-focused.


• Experience using recruitment software or CRM tools is a plus.
