We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant dining establishment. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.


• Manage staff schedules, delegate responsibilities, and oversee daily team performance to ensure smooth and efficient service.


• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with health and safety regulations.


• Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.


• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.


• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and place supply orders as required.


• Implement and support staff training and development programmes covering hospitality, culinary skills, and food safety practices.


• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, licensing requirements, and health \& safety regulations.


• Work closely with kitchen and front\-of\-house teams to optimise workflow and improve overall restaurant performance.

• Extensive Indian mixed grill experience is essential — candidates must have strong expertise in preparing, presenting, and managing high\-quality Indian mixed grill dishes.


• Must be capable of developing, enhancing, and innovating the restaurant’s Indian mixed grill offering to maintain exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.


• Proven ability to develop, improve, and manage Indian mixed grill menus and recipes.


• Previous hotel experience is essential, with a strong understanding of high\-volume hospitality operations.


• Proven supervisory or management experience within a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment.


• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production operations.


• Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.


• Sound knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.


• Familiarity with food safety regulations and hospitality industry best practices.


• Previous experience in leadership roles such as Assistant Manager, Head Chef, or similar positions is highly desirable.


• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem\-solving abilities.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
