Recruiting Restaurant Manager for City Centre, Cosy Scottish Restaurant

Monteiths on the mile are looking for a new Manager to deliver excellence. Total salary \+£44k inc salary, service charge \& tips. Basic salary £32,000\.00 per year dependant on experience. \+ plus an average £11,000 cash tips \& tronc on top of salary wage. Hours can be flexible to the right candidate

The main duties of the role are

• Inspire a passion for delivering great service and culture within your team.


• Develop, coach and support members of your team to deliver excellent standards of service, and lead by example.


• Work with your Head Chef \& team to deliver on targets and company standards, to ensure the restaurant is always ready for the peak trade periods!

Experience in 5\* Restaurants is preferable as is an eye for detail, the drive \& ambition to improve the customer feedback \& experience and food quality. Our menu is cooked from scratch as we use the finest Scottish Ingredients to create satisfying flavour combinations to entice our customers back again \& again.

For the role, the below soft skills are desirable;

As well as having a professional experience in;

• Leading the team, as general manager


• Opening \& closing the venue


• Running service in a busy fast paced hospitality environment


• Completing daily site compliance checks \& cash up
