We are on the hunt for a fantastic Restaurant Manager to be the welcoming, energetic face of CSONS! At the absolute heart of this role is making sure service runs like clockwork and that every single guest leaves having had a genuinely smashing time. You’ll be the driving force behind our incredible team—leading, motivating, and training them to deliver top\-notch service with absolute flair.
This isn't a sit\-in\-the\-office kind of gig; it’s a role for a true all\-rounder. One minute you might be charming the regulars, and the next, rolling up your sleeves to muck in on the bar or even give wash up a quick push. You'll also be tackling the vital behind\-the\-scenes magic. From sorting the weekly rotas and managing maintenance to cashing up at the end of a busy shift, you'll be keeping the gears turning effortlessly.
