Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media \& Marketing Assistant to join our team in Ludlow. This is a brand\-new role within the business and a great opportunity for someone who loves social media, content creation and baking and wants to build experience across a range of marketing activities. You don’t need to be an experienced marketer or an expert baker. We’re looking for someone who is creative, curious, willing to learn and happy to get involved. Working across Sugar \& Crumbs, Scrumptious and Twist Ingredients, you’ll help create engaging content for our brands, from filming products and baking videos to supporting social media, graphics, campaigns and Facebook Lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Film reels, product videos, baking content and behind\-the\-scenes footage in\-house.


• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social channels.


• Assist with photography and content shoots.


• Edit short\-form videos and social media content.


• Create graphics and other marketing materials.


• Support the team during Facebook Lives.


• Get involved with baking and learn how to use and showcase our products.


• Support new product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns.


• Keep up to date with social media trends and bring new ideas to the team.


• Help with the day\-to\-day running of our social media channels.


• Support other marketing projects across the Truly brands.

Skills \& Experience

• Have a genuine interest in social media and content creation.


• Love baking or have an interest in food and baking.


• Are creative and enjoy coming up with new ideas.


• Are comfortable filming content using a phone or camera.


• Are enthusiastic about learning new skills.


• Are organised, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.


• Have a positive attitude and are happy to get involved.

Experience with Canva, Adobe or other design software would be a bonus, as would previous experience with photography, video editing, social media or marketing, but it isn’t essential. For us, enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience.

Working across several brands will give you the opportunity to build experience in social media, content creation, photography, video, graphic design, campaigns and product launches. This role could be ideal for someone at the beginning of their career, a recent graduate or someone looking to build their marketing and content experience. The position can be full\-time or part\-time, depending on the right candidate, and is office based at our premises in \*\*Ludlow, Shropshire.

Pay: £12\.71 per hour

Expected hours: 15\.0 – 35\.75 per week
