Salary – From £55,000 upwards depending on experience

Schedule – Full Time

Experience – Previous experience in a quality, high\-volume restaurant essential. Leadership experience preferred.

The Position

We are looking for a confident and experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead by example on the floor and deliver first\-class service at every stage of the guest journey.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional service with confidence, warmth, and professionalism


• Supporting junior team members and helping maintain high standards


• Running the day to day services efficiently and professionally


• Building strong product knowledge across food and beverages


• Creating a seamless and memorable guest experience


• Working closely with General Manager and Directors to ensure smooth daily operations
