We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Executive Creative Director to lead our creative team and shape the artistic direction of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative thinking, strategic vision, and leadership in creative development. Duties
- Develop and implement the overall creative strategy aligned with organisational goals and brand identity.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the conception, design, and execution of all visual and conceptual content, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and client teams to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to keep the organisation at the forefront of creative innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Present concepts and campaigns to stakeholders with clarity and confidence, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Establish workflows, processes, and standards that optimise productivity while maintaining creative integrity.
- Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role within a recognised organisation or agency.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse projects across digital, print, branding, or multimedia platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate organisational objectives into innovative visual solutions.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools is desirable but not essential; a strong understanding of current industry technologies is required.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: £9,167\.00\-£12,150\.00 per month
