This is a high\-impact role focused solely on adapting and extending Rotageek’s workforce management capabilities for DC and logistics environments, where precision scheduling, labour optimisation and operational responsiveness have immediate P\&L impact. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy and technical execution, collaborating closely with engineers, data scientists, designers and customers to build products that genuinely transform how distribution centres manage their workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align product strategy with Rotageek’s commercial objectives, including retention, expansion and market differentiation
Distribution Centre Product Leadership
  • Lead discovery and product definition for DC workforce management

  • Build a deep understanding of the unique DC operating context, including shift structures, labour flexibility, productivity metrics and compliance requirements

  • Adapt Rotageek’s core capabilities, including demand forecasting and scheduling optimisation, for DC environments

  • Identify opportunities to differentiate Rotageek in the DC and logistics workforce management market

  • Shape products that support the realities of inbound, outbound and high\-volume operational workflows
AI \& Innovation
  • Productise AI\-driven capabilities that help DC leaders make better operational decisions faster

  • Design systems that are trustworthy and transparent, where recommendations are explainable and auditable

  • Identify where AI adds genuine operational value and where human judgement should remain central

  • Work with engineering, product and legal teams on data handling and model governance
Execution \& Delivery
  • Translate vision into clear requirements, user stories and measurable outcomes

  • Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing innovation with reliability

  • Ensure delivery cadence is predictable and outcomes are quantifiable

  • Manage stakeholder expectations across engineering, commercial and customer success teams
Cross\-Functional Leadership
  • Communicate roadmap and progress to internal and external stakeholders

  • Build deep empathy with engineering and data teams, while earning the confidence of commercial stakeholders

  • Partner with customers and commercial teams to validate problems and test solutions

  • Conduct discovery with enterprise users to ensure products solve real operational challenges

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3–6 years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, workforce management or operations\-focused products

  • Experience owning a product area end\-to\-end, from strategy through delivery

  • Track record of working with complex, configuration\-heavy products

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and customer implementation processes

  • Experience working on products used in operationally intensive environments is highly valuable
