Alec’s Restaurant Bar \& Grill opened in 2010 and has established itself as one of Essex’s leading fish restaurants. Attracting customers from near and far, Alec’s prides itself on quality ingredients and exceptional service.

The menu at Alec’s Restaurant Bar \& Grill is traditionally British and sets out to provide simple, quality fresh food. Although predominantly a seafood restaurant serving the finest fish and shellfish, mouth\-watering meat dishes add to this impressive menu.

Restaurant Manager responsibilities are:

Proactive management of the team, leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service which has come to be expected by the brand.

Responsible for all waiting staff and planning rotas.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Laws and to assist in maintaining the restaurant's 5\-star food hygiene rating and ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

To monitor weekly and daily turnover figures plus cashflow, adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability.

Liaising with General Manager to make decisions for operational activities setting and achieving strategic goals.

Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.

Drive Alec’s culture, inspire, guide, and educate juniors in your team.

Plan and monitor the day\-to\-day running of business to ensure smooth delivery of our high standards and profitability.

Effectively supervise teams from different departments and provide constructive feedback.

The successful Restaurant Manager applicant will:

Pay: £45,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
