Restaurant Bar Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Restaurant Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar and beverage operations. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all bar operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours and special events


• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences


• Oversee food preparation, cooking, bartending, and serving activities to maintain quality standards


• Manage inventory levels of beverages, food supplies, and bar equipment; place orders as needed


• Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards across all areas of the bar and kitchen


• Develop innovative drink menus and promotional strategies to enhance guest engagement


• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction with service


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure timely delivery of orders


• Maintain a lively yet safe environment by monitoring alcohol consumption and adhering to licensing laws

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with supervising responsibility for teams


• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, bartending, and serving within a restaurant or hotel setting


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively


• Knowledge of food safety standards, food production processes, and kitchen operations


• Experience in culinary arts or hotel hospitality is highly desirable


• Excellent communication skills with a customer\-focused approach


• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment


• Familiarity with barista experience or beverage crafting is a plus
