Shift Patterns\- 15 Hour shifts(8:00 am \-11 pm)

Sleep inn\-£55 pounds(11pm\-7am)

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Champion Safeguarding: Notice, report, and act on concerns, following policy.

  • Support Daily Life: Help young people with routines, from education to emotional wellbeing.

  • Encourage Growth: Motivate young people to take part in activities and express themselves.

  • Liaise \& Communicate: Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to provide the best care.
What You’ll Need:
  • A good understanding of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by young people in care

  • A nurturing and patient approach – someone children can trust

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including sleep\-ins (additional pay provided)

  • Previous care experience is a bonus – but not essential

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children \& Young People’s Workforce (or working towards) is desirable

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £13\.90\-£14\.70 per hour
