Shift Patterns\- 15 Hour shifts(8:00 am \-11 pm)
Sleep inn\-£55 pounds(11pm\-7am)

- Support Daily Life: Help young people with routines, from education to emotional wellbeing.
- Encourage Growth: Motivate young people to take part in activities and express themselves.
- Liaise \& Communicate: Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to provide the best care.
- A good understanding of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by young people in care
- A nurturing and patient approach – someone children can trust
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including sleep\-ins (additional pay provided)
- Previous care experience is a bonus – but not essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Children \& Young People’s Workforce (or working towards) is desirable
