Lettings & Procurement Officer
ASK Lettings is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive and organised Lettings \& Procurement Officer to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in sourcing properties, building relationships with suppliers and agents, negotiating agreements, and helping us deliver high\-quality accommodation solutions across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Source new properties and accommodation opportunities
✅ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, agents, developers, and property owners
✅ Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers
✅ Support property onboarding and compliance processes
✅ Coordinate procurement activities and maintain accurate records
✅ Assist with portfolio growth and occupancy targets
✅ Work closely with our operations and management teams
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in lettings, property sourcing, procurement, or estate agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Ambitious, self\-motivated, and commercially minded
