Residential Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant care


• Utilize Alto property management software to update records


• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence with Landlords and tenants


• Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with prospective tenants, current residents, and service providers


• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety standards and property appearance are maintained at all times


• Assist with upselling amenities and rent reviews to maximize occupancy and revenue


• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues

• You must have a minimum of 3 years sector relvant experience


• Familiarity with Alto or similar property management software is highly desirable


• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail


• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills


• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment


• Experience in upselling or customer service roles is a plus


• Demonstrated organizational skills and professionalism in handling enquiries
