Relief Shop Manager

Job Description:

RSPCA South London Branch is looking for an energetic and motivated manager to work across all three of our charity shops to cover staff holidays and absence.

Our three charity shops (Addiscombe, Crystal Palace and Tooting) need an extra manager to cover holidays and staff absence. You will play a part in making our shops a huge success. You’ll be able to develop your leadership skills in a fast\-paced environment, work on maximising revenue to improve animal welfare, and meet and work with brilliant people!

The successful candidate will carry out the day to day running of our shops which raise money for animal welfare work in the Branch area.

You must have retail experience, a passion for charity shops and leadership skills to help manage and motivate the teams of volunteers. You will need to have excellent team work skills in order to work alongside the full time shop managers. You must be well organised with a hands\-on, proactive approach and proven customer service skills with a creative flair for display. Knowledge and experience of Gift Aid is preferred.
