Location and flexible working : Edinburgh, London or Birmingham. All our roles are open to part\-time, job\-share and other types of flexibility. Salary : Up to £50,000 dependent upon experience plus an indicative bonus range of 16% to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

Do you enjoy turning complex regulatory and financial information into clear, customer\-focused communications?

You will lead the delivery of one\-off mandatory customer communications across regulatory change, strategic projects and business as usual activity. Working across multiple brands, you'll help ensure customers receive communications that are clear, compliant and support good outcomes.

You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts and outsourced service providers, to deliver high\-quality communications while maintaining momentum across competing priorities. Along the way, you'll champion best practice, drive continuous improvement and help shape how mandatory communications are delivered across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence customer experiences, contribute to major business change programmes and play a key role in maintaining high standards of communication across the organisation.

What we’re looking for

  • Practical experience of developing customer communications in a regulated financial services environment, ideally with pensions or investment experience

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information for customers

  • Experience building effective relationships and influencing stakeholders to achieve outcome

  • Customer\-first mindset with a passion for clear, high\-quality communications
