Centenary House Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Registered Nurse to join our caring team on a full\-time basis.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high\-quality nursing care, promoting the wellbeing of our residents, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and person\-centred nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
- Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Support and mentor care staff where required.
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN).
- Previous nursing experience within a care home for older adults is essential.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
