Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Full Time

Centenary House Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Registered Nurse to join our caring team on a full\-time basis.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high\-quality nursing care, promoting the wellbeing of our residents, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person\-centred nursing care.


• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures.


• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.


• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.


• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date clinical records.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN).


• Previous nursing experience within a care home for older adults is essential.


• Excellent clinical and communication skills.


• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working in an elderly care or nursing home setting is required.
