Registered Children's Home Manager
We are looking for a Registered Children’s Home Manager for a Wirral based home.
Good Foundations was established in 2004 and have 10 homes located in Wirral, Cheshire\-West and Wigan. We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join our current management team. You will join a team of high\-quality people whose passion, experience and skillset in this field will support you in achieving positive outcomes and aspirational goals for our young people.
The Directors and Registered Managers meet regularly to work collectively to develop and drive standards of practice across the service to make a positive and lasting impact for the children and the ongoing development of the Company.
We will be offering opportunities to respective candidates to meet informally with our senior management team, visit our homes and meet with some of our young people.
· Our homes are rated with 7 'Good’ \& 3 'Outstanding' gradings by Ofsted
· 100% of placements are within a maximum of 20 miles from their placing authority
· We are a non\-physical intervention organisation
· All homes are maintained and furnished to the highest standard
· No emergency placements·
· Each home is provided with its own company vehicle
· Paid professional qualification
· All homes are owned by the Company
· The owners/Directors work within the business full time

Working as a Children's Home Registered Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, ensuring that they have an experience that they can reflect upon and take into adulthood. You should have a strong team ethos and be driven by a shared ambition within the wider organisation. Your goals should be to ensure that the children and young people in your care have an experience of childhood that they deserve, filled with fun, laughter, and friendship.
You will be guided by a high\-quality senior management team and owner/Directors who work within the business, their experience and skillset in this field will support you in achieving great outcomes and aspirational goals for our young people.
We provide care and support to the young people who have grown up and have families in or around these areas. We have built our reputation as a local company looking after local children.

JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for the daily care of young people, ensuring consistent planning and programme implementation is entirely congruent with the organisation’s aims, objectives, and philosophy.
To manage high quality services that meet the needs of young people and ensure their participation and integration in the wider community.
To ensure maximum service provision from the efficient use of resources.
To develop innovative work and creative programmes.
To provide standards of excellence.
