About the Role

We’re expanding our team and looking for Female Health Care Assistants to join us in the Sefton and Knowsley areas! You’ll provide essential support to our service users, helping them live independently in their communities while promoting their health and wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support service users with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and respect at all times


• Follow individual person\-centred care plans, tailored to each service user's needs


• Assist with daily life skills to promote community living and independence


• Encourage service users to achieve their goals and develop their skills


• Assist with medication administration or prompting


• Prepare meals and help with meal planning


• Monitor and report on health conditions

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months UK\-based care experience (preferred)


• Full UK driving license and access to a car (essential due to the nature of the role)


• Ability to demonstrate basic life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and shopping


• Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010\)
