Are you a dedicated Registered Manager looking for a role where you can truly focus on the people in your care, rather than being buried in admin? At Chase Lodge, we've built a strong support system around you \- our in\-house HR, Finance \& Therapeutic Teams (including a Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Psychologists, and a PBM Specialist Trainer) handle the heavy lifting, so you can spend more time making a real impact.
What are we looking for in a Registered Manager?
We need a compassionate, experienced leader with:
- At least three years' experience as a Registered Manager
- A strong background working with adults with long\-term mental health diagnoses.
- The drive to create a positive, person\-centered environment where individuals can truly thrive.
- Has experience of managing, leading, and developing a staff team.
- Is adaptable, flexible, conscientious and have strong communication skills.
- Has a strong understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements.
- Is open to continuing their own professional development.
