Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take on a pivotal, high\-impact role? Senior Home Care Group, a leading provider of high\-quality, private pay home care services, is looking for a dedicated Regional Recruiter to join our team!
This is more than just a recruitment role—you will be the critical link, ensuring our local branch teams have the essential, compassionate staff they need to help individuals live independently in their own homes.
The Opportunity:
- Job Title: Regional Recruiter
- Location: Hybrid \- Homebased with regular travel to support services
- Reports to: Resourcing Manager
- Salary: £35,000 basic \+ Mileage Reimbursement
- Application Deadline: 4th June
- Full\-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle for a dedicated cluster of services, from initial vacancy approval through compliant onboarding.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a dedicated partner to Hiring Managers and branch teams, developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, attract, and interview high\-quality candidates, including hands\-on interviewing for our vital Carer positions.
- Compliance Champion: Oversee all compliance, maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and enforce rigorous safer recruitment checks.
- Driving Impact: Conduct early check\-ins with new hires to ensure a smooth transition and contribute to early retention.
- Significant, demonstrable success in end\-to\-end recruitment delivery.
- Strong understanding of compliance and safer recruitment requirements.
- Experience in high\-volume interview and selection processes.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
