Job Description
We’re looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join Culina Group, taking ownership of multiple sites across the North Midlands.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong FM background in a fast\-paced environment (logistics, construction, manufacturing or similar) who is comfortable managing multiple sites, projects, and priorities — and is happy to travel regularly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing FM across a multi\-site estate
- Leading capex projects from planning through to delivery
- Ensuring full compliance with H\&S and statutory maintenance
- Driving cost efficiencies and contractor performance
- Working closely with site leaders to improve facilities and operations
- Owning supplier relationships, tenders, and service delivery
- Proven experience in a Facilities Management role
- Background in a fast\-paced sector (logistics, construction, retail, manufacturing etc.)
- Experience managing multiple sites and contractors
- Strong understanding of H\&S and compliance
- Comfortable managing budgets, capex, and projects
- Willingness to travel across the region regularly
- NEBOSH / IOSH / BIFM
- Technical background (mechanical, electrical, building services)
