As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you will be working alongside our Talent Partners to identify, attract, assess, and hire great talent.

Through the strong relationships you form with candidates you will understand their ambitions and values and work closely to find them the best positions. In addition, you will have a passion for building our employer brand whilst focusing on delivering the very best candidate experience.

• Conduct telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles while building and maintaining strong long\-term relationships


• Manage and maintain the recruitment system, ensuring all candidate information and recruitment data is accurate, up to date, and compliant


• Stay informed of competitor recruitment practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help attract and secure top talent


• Deliver an outstanding candidate journey, creating positive advocates for Hakim Group through exceptional service, feedback\-driven improvements, and recruitment best practices

• Previous recruitment experience is essential, with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively with individuals at all levels


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, with the aptitude and willingness to learn and use new recruitment and HR systems


• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast\-paced environment


• A proactive and solutions\-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice in recruitment
