Marketing Executive
Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the marketing team at Aspray Limited. We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive who can help drive lead generation, increase brand awareness and support the continued growth of our national franchise network.
Working across multiple brands, you'll create engaging content, deliver digital marketing campaigns, support local marketing initiatives and help our franchisees grow their businesses. This is a varied role that combines creativity with commercial thinking, where you'll see the direct impact of your work on enquiries, leads and business growth.
Aspray is an award\-winning franchise network that helps homeowners, landlords and businesses navigate property damage insurance claims. Alongside building our national brands, the marketing team plays a key role in supporting franchisees across the UK with their local marketing activity and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns from concept through to completion, ensuring activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
· Create engaging marketing content across a variety of formats, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, video content and website copy.
· Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, monitoring performance and making data\-driven recommendations to improve results.
· Contribute to lead generation and brand awareness initiatives at both national and local levels, helping to drive enquiries across multiple brands and territories.
· Support franchisees with their local marketing activity, providing guidance, practical support and training on marketing tools, tactics and best practices.
· Build, test and optimise landing pages to improve user experience, increase conversion rates and support campaign objectives.
· Assist with website management, making content updates and improvements that enhance user experience, engagement and search visibility.
· Support the planning, scheduling and management of social media activity across multiple platforms, helping to grow audiences and increase engagement.
· Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and maximise return on investment.
· Design and produce a range of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, advertisements, presentations, exhibition materials and other sales support resources.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders, franchisees and external suppliers to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
· Stay up to date with marketing trends, emerging technologies and industry developments, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team.
Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing or content creation role.
- Professional marketing qualification or degree level preferred. Aspray will support further development for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of Paid Social, Google Analytics, Email and Content Marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and WordPress platform.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Annual leave: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays rising by 1 day each year after 2 years’ service to a maximum of 25 days plus bank holidays.
Probationary period: 9 Months
