Recruiter

The role

This is an Internal Recruitment role working for our KwikFit brand. You will be responsible for the permanent recruitment of centre\-based and management roles across our Kwik Fit centres in the Northern division. This role will be based remotely with one to two days a week working from our local office. You’ll need a can\-do, open attitude demonstrating agility, breadth of thinking and a desire to work as part of a successful team. Total salary package inclusive of monthly/annual bonus.

Skills \& experience

• Experience working in a recruitment or resourcing role • Proven ability to source and attract candidates using various tools and methods • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment • Strong and effective communications skills • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail • Self\-motivated and a team player

As a Recruiter, you’ll be providing a first\-class experience for both our candidates and managers. As well as proactively sourcing, screening and managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, while developing a talent pool of candidates.
