We are looking for a People Services Coordinator to deliver a professional, customer\-focused HR administration service across the employee lifecycle. As a key member of our People team, you will act as the first point of contact for HR and Payroll enquiries, supporting HR operations, employee records, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee wellbeing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within HR, People Services, or HR Operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the first point of contact for HR and Payroll queries, providing timely and effective support to employees and managers.


• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, benefits administration, and absence management.


• Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters, references, and other HR documentation.


• Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate employee data and resolving payroll\-related enquiries.


• Provide guidance and administrative support on family leave, flexible working requests, and other people\-related processes.


• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and data protection requirements.


• Work closely with the wider People team to continuously improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator, People Services, Payroll, or administrative role.


• Strong interest in HR, People Operations, Employee Relations, and People Services.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Experience working to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) in a fast\-paced environment.


• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and HR systems.


• Proactive, customer\-focused, and solutions\-oriented approach to work.

• CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying towards a CIPD qualification.


• Experience using HRIS, HR databases, or payroll systems.


• Knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation, and the employee lifecycle.
