Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Developer to work across design, development, and front\-end applications and architecting it with best practices.
You will work closely with cross functional team to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while ensuring consistency across the front\-end ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define front\-end architecture, standards, and development best practices.
- Define testing strategies, tooling, and quality standards across the systems.
- Ensure adequate coverage through unit, integration, and automated testing frameworks.
- Drive decisions around state management, application structure, performance, security, accessibility, and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on engineering best practices.
- Enforce accessibility standards aligned with WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.
- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and modern JavaScript (ES6\+).
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and front\-end performance optimization.
- Good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and accessible UI development practices.
- Hands\-on experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Vitest.
- Experience establishing coding standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
- Knowledge of micro\-frontend architectures and design systems.
- Experience implementing automated accessibility testing and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
