Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 quality technicians, with full support and training on the leadership side.


• Take full ownership of the QMS, ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement across customer and industry standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001\).


• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to drive zero\-defect manufacturing and Right\-First\-Time (RFT) standards across the shop floor.


• Execute root\-cause investigations, NCRs, and quality analysis to resolve customer/supplier issues and reduce the cost of quality fails.


• Work closely with shop floor, production, and management teams to embed a proactive quality assurance culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background as a Quality Engineer or QA Specialist in a manufacturing or engineering environment


• Essential: Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently.


• Strong familiarity with ISO 9001 environments (ISO 14001 is highly desirable)


• Ambitious, problem\-solving mindset with a desire to step into a leadership role. Prior team management experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
