Responsible To: Manufacturing Supervisor

MAJOR ROLE:

To assist with manufacturing duties for the company

KEY TASKS:

• Manufacture of Medical Devices and Veterinary Catheters


• Ensuring environmental awareness and requirements


• Compliance with the applicable procedures


• Ensuring visitors are compliant with room requirements


• Maintaining records


• Quality checking


• Organise and pack product for final pack and sterilisation


• Plant and Tooling for manufacturing


• Cleanroom and Packing Room Control and Monitoring


• Maintaining product conformity and traceability


• Assisting with maintaining CAPA actions associated with the QMS and products

• Maintain good housekeeping of the Manufacturing Department


• Assisting Quality \& Regulatory in resolution of any CAPA


• Training Manufacturing/Packing Operatives on a continuous basis at an acceptable level (If Able to Train)

All employees are required to learn the tiered structure of the Quality Management System and understand the Quality Policy and Objectives.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Organised approach to work

Good communication skills

Knowledge and appreciation of procedures and policies

Basic numeracy skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

No formal qualification necessary

TRAINING:

On the job training will be given.

Pay: From £13\.00 per hour
